Dooley-O is a legendary Connecticut-based hip-hop pioneer, rapper, producer, and DJ recognized for his early work in the 1980s and 90s, notably for being among the first to sample the Skull Snaps' "It's A New Day". Raised in New Haven, he is known for the 1990 album Watch My Moves, his work on GTV (Graffiti TV) videos, and as a champion of "pure" underground hip-hop.
